Hatha Yoga.
So what does Yoga mean? Yoga originally comes from the Sanskrit word "Yuj," which means union. Hatha consists of the Sanskrit terms "Ha" (sun) and "Tha" (moon). In Hatha Yoga, the aim is to unite the active, warming energy with the building, cooling energy. This involves combining strengthening physical exercises with conscious breathing. The poses are practiced individually, and the postures are performed mindfully and with awareness. A classical Hatha Yoga session includes meditation, breathing exercises (Pranayama), asanas, and a final relaxation (Shavasana).
Vinyasa Flow.
The word Vinyasa is composed of the terms "Vi" (in a special way) and "Nyasa" (to place, set). Thus, Vinyasa Yoga represents a yoga practice that connects various poses through a dynamic flow. Each yoga teacher determines exactly how this combination looks. As a result, no class is the same, and the sequence is more creative and free. The connection between breath and body movement is also central in Vinyasa Yoga.

Pranayama.
Pranayama is an important component of the eightfold path of yoga. The Sanskrit word "Prana" symbolizes life energy, and "Ayama" stands for control. It involves the control of the breath flow. Through specific breathing exercises, we learn to consciously perceive and regulate our breath. In this way, our life energy is activated and flows more freely. Pranayama has a positive effect on our nervous system. It calms, energizes, reduces stress, stimulates digestion, and increases lung capacity.
